1. Demand communication
The customer provides customized requirements (such as product specifications, functions, materials, LOGO design, packaging requirements, etc.). We will preliminarily evaluate the feasibility based on the requirements, confirm whether the details need to be adjusted (such as technical limitations, cost impact), and simultaneously feedback the preliminary plan.
-
2. Plan confirmation and quotation
Based on customer needs, a detailed customization plan (including design drawings, material descriptions, process details) is formulated, and a formal quotation sheet including customization fees, mold fees (if involved), unit prices, minimum order quantities, and production cycles is provided. After both parties confirm that they are correct, a purchase and sales contract is signed.
-
3. Payment of advance payment
The customer pays the advance payment according to the contract (usually 30%-50% of the total amount, including mold fees/design fees), and the customization process is started after the payment is received.
-
4. Sample production and confirmation
We make samples according to the confirmed plan (the sample cycle is generally 7-15 days, depending on the complexity), and provide sample photos and detailed descriptions.
After receiving the sample, the customer will inspect it. If modification is required and specific suggestions are made, we will adjust it free of charge and resend the sample until the customer signs and confirms (the "sealed sample" is retained as the acceptance standard for bulk goods).
-
5. Mass production
After the sample is confirmed, we arrange the production line for mass production. During the production process, we can provide production progress photos or videos upon request of the customer to ensure transparency.
-
6. Quality inspection and delivery
After the bulk production is completed, 100% quality inspection will be carried out according to the "sealed sample" standard. After passing the inspection, the customer will be notified to pay the balance (the remaining payment). After the balance is received, packaging, customs declaration, and delivery will be arranged, and logistics tracking information and customs clearance documents (such as bills of lading and packing lists) will be provided.
-
7. After-sales follow-up
After the customer receives the goods, if it is found that it does not match the sample or there are quality problems, he can contact us according to the contract agreement to handle (such as rework, replenishment, etc.) to ensure that the customized products meet expectations.
The process can be flexibly adjusted according to product types (such as electronics, machinery, and consumer products). For example, customization involving mold opening requires the addition of a "mold making and acceptance" step to ensure that each step has clear standards and confirmation nodes for both parties.
